OceanQuest has discontinued operations and KAUST Assumes Leadership of Kingdom’s Ocean Research

The Kingdom’s marine science was realigned to strengthen long-term scientific impact. As part of this realignment, OceanQuest discontinued its operations and was consolidated into KAUST. King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, a global leader in ocean research with a long-standing focus on the Red Sea, brings established scientific leadership, world-class infrastructure, and deep expertise to advance this national initiative.
